Good afternoon.
I submitted an application for organisation identity validation for NewStack Cloud Limited on the 4th December 2025. On the same day I completed steps including uploading requested documentation and going through email and personal identity verification. I'm concerned that the identity validation process is stuck due to a need for further information that hasn't been communicated back to me.
