I’m trying to set up a Trusted Signing Account for code signing. My public identity ID 6e6309d7-*** is "in progress" almost 3 weeks (since 11/21/2025) since I have submitted all the requested information. Help!

If your public identity validation request has been in the "In Progress" status for almost three weeks, it may be beneficial to check the following:

    1. Verification Process: The identity validation process can take time, especially if there are many requests being processed or if additional verification is required. Ensure that all the information you submitted is accurate and complete.
    2. Contact Support: If the status does not change soon, consider reaching out to Azure support for assistance. They can provide specific insights into your request status and any potential delays.
    3. Documentation Review: Review the guidelines and requirements for identity validation to ensure compliance with the necessary criteria. This can help in understanding if there are any issues that might be causing the delay.

It's important to remain patient as these processes can take time, but following up with support can often provide clarity on the situation.
