all my LIFE i never seen a million dollar company have a BOT do there JOBS for people that have LOST there account to hacker, thieves, or people just that are forgetful

Microsoft authenticator is the reason my Xbox account was stolen from me today @12. I tried calling talking to bots nothing worked then my BIGGETS complaint is the fact that yall investigated my account seen something was wrong but said yall could not do NOTHING. NOW lets look at Sony there security is top notch and not even that you can contact a worker that will help u get your account back if you have your information right. its disappointing for customers have the same complaint and instead of Microsoft fixing the situation they leave consumers to drown in panic because there privacy, pictures, or even phone numbers, or school work has been stolen or breached. so my question is if millions was to sue Microsoft for neglect of there consumers now n don't let this go over your head cause millions of people spent money with Microsoft, left active subscriptions and couldn't cancel because MICROSOFT REFUSED TO HELP THERE COMMUNITY SO MY ADVICE EVERYONE DONT TRUST THESES POPLE THEY HERE FA YA MONEY
