Authenticator cloud storage lost all my authentication codes

So recently I got a new phone,transferred everything over and went to log backing to stuff o it using my authenticator only to find d all my codes didnt not save to the cloud like they were spsoe to have done and now I have lost access to alot of my accounts. I'd there a way you can help me get my access codes back since the cliud failed so save them and some sites require me to log in eith the authenticator code in order to change any information for logging in (it has me stuck in a loop)
