Accidentally deleted the authenticator app from my phone, now I can not get sing in codes

I have been straggling to access my Microsoft account, doe to not getting any authenticator codes because the app was accidentally deleted from my phone. I have never set up a 2 way authenticator sing in. HELP!!!!
