I have posted this as Ivaylo Iliev From TEKNOWLEDGE GLOBAL LTD said They could not resolve the issue due to lack of scope on their team ans suggested posting here where a "dedicated colleague will assist if necessary" ( see screenshot).

So, Im going to wait for such "dedicated Colleague" to try to resolve it since Ivaylo Iliev From TEKNOWLEDGE GLOBAL LTD can't.

3. Update Edge: Ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft Edge. You can check for updates in Edge by going to Settings > About Microsoft Edge.
4. Check Internet Connection: Verify that your internet connection is stable. You can try visiting other websites to ensure they are loading properly.
5. Try in InPrivate Mode: This mode doesn’t use cached data or extensions. Click the three dots in the upper right corner and choose New InPrivate window, then attempt to access the portal again.
6. Check for Firewall or Antivirus Issues: Sometimes security software can block access to certain websites. Temporarily disable them to see if it resolves the issue.
7. Use a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the Azure Portal using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox as a temporary workaround.
