Recover access or remove it from the auth app

So i have been trying to access my rockstar account (i know it doesn't look related but keep reading), and the awful customer support can't be bothered to grant me access and remove the 2-FA themselves, so i have to ask (since their bot keeps trying to get me to contact the authenticator support) is there any way you can unlink the authenticator app from rockstar or the account or whatever on your end so i can delete the 2-FA from that account, the old device that was linked with the Microsoft authenticator and the rockstar account is totally lost so there is no way to either go in the account and get codes or to restore it with a backup since i never made one in the first place. I have to add that there is no way i can contact rockstar themselves so trying to reach there again won't work it only gets me right back to the auth app, it's like there is no human beings reading the problems in their dashboard.
