According to this support page https://support.microsoft.com/es-hn/home/contact?SourceApp=smcivr2 my account is currently locked. As stated in this support page, to access my account, I need to reset my password. I have been having this problem since last Friday (Nov 28th) and everytime I reset my password after getting verification codes via gmail or personal phone number, I always get this message> You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password.

Tried incognito mode, my wife's iphone, my android phone, nothing works for me. Always the same message. I even tried waiting 24 hours. What do I do? All my xbox games are associated to that account and I can't play them since I need to sign in to play them.

Should I change the password, wait 24 hours and then attempt to sign in? I am out of ideas and the folks at tech support I talked to do not help me. They tell me to wait 72 hours which I am currently doing. Will try again Thursday morning CET.

I also created a new account today, changed the password and tried signing in on my xbox and guess what? Can't sign in. I think there is a problem on their side and they need to address it. I hope this post reaches someone from Microsoft who can look into it. This situation is blocking me from using services like game pass that I already paid.
