I’ve been having a problem with Xbox home switching a random account in another state logged into my account and may have used some switches and I also switched to my own Xbox and it was switched back to theirs I need one more to get it onto mine;

If all of your Home Xbox switches are already used, they can’t be manually added through the forum. Xbox currently allows up to five Home Xbox switches in a one-year period, and the next available date should appear in My home Xbox settings. If you think the switches were used without your permission, please change your Microsoft account password and review your recent sign-in activity right away.
