Ok so I got a new iphone on Thursday (IOS 26.1) my old phone has been wiped. I reset my account password (forgot what it was) successfully, but I cannot complete the two step verfication for my hotmail account / OneDrive. I receive the first code to email without issue sent to my backup email, but the second verfication step to SMS says"Try another verfication method. That verfication method isn't working right now. Please try another method." The circle is endless. I have to access my files and my email urgently. PLEASE HELP
