Additional verification for account and lack of support.

Been trying to log into an account that has been blocked due to suspicious behavior, leading to account recovery, but being denied on multiple attempts, due to not having enough info, followed by being directed to call a support line only sending me back to the website, to attempt again. If the account recovery website leads nowhere, to the support number following back to an unhelpful website. Who or what do I do to recover, and gain access back into the account.
