Lost access to my autheticator app, cant login to azure without it

Hello, so i have been trying to login to my Azure account associated with my email, the app requires me to provide a code from the Microsoft authenticator app, however that app was installed on a phone that died with no chance of recovery hence I do not have access to the authenticator app. I would like to use a different a different authenticator app. The account has no admins, it's a personal account, so I can't use that method.
