I had my phone repaired and reseted. Backup from M.S. Authenticator says i need to scan code to re-register!!!

I recently gave my phone to a repair service.

it was purged/formated/deleted

then i restored the apps from the computer i backed up before i gave the phone to repair service.

after i opened the Microsoft authenticator and then it said

action required

to recover this account you need to scan the code your organization gives!!!!

i am the owner of the organization but can not give myself a code!!!

pls advise.

If the app is deleted or the phone reset, then the phone is no longer authorized. It must be reauthorized. If you did not set up alternate MFA methods, then you need to do an account reset. Normally the admin would do this, but you say you are the admin. So you will need to contact your account vendor on how a reset is done for an admin.
