I have 2 accounts added to my authenticator application, but the notifications are going to the wrong account

I have 2 accounts added to my authenticator application, but the notifications are going to the wrong account and I need to delete the wrong account and keep only the valid one. But I am unable to delete the account in authenticator. Need help to get notification to correct account.
