Conditional Access rule turned on not knowing it would block all admins from our tenant

We have a ticket that was opened on Friday, but have not heard from a technician yet.

I believe it is because it was created with level C.

All our admins are locked out and we are unable to service our users.

No admins can gain access, all admins are locked out of the tenant.

As I mentioned, we have a ticket case I opened 4 days ago.

But no technician has contacted us yet.

We are no longer able to support our users and need to speak to a technician as soon as possible so we can start the verification process to resolve this so someone can give us access to turn that conditional access rule off.

I understand we will need to provide a TXT record of our DNS settings to prove who are is legit. But we have not spoken with any technician yet to receive said documents. As I mentioned we have been waiting to hear from someone for over 4 days now and are not able to offer any support services to our users at our institution anymore because of this situation. If our case could be elevated to Level A from C, that would probably help speed this up. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
