Hello , i need some help signing up to my pemex work acount, the problem is that it ask me to use the authenficayor app , bur when i open the authenticator app, it wont let me log in because i need to use the authentication code from the same app im trying to acceso its basically an endless loop,so i need assistance or guidance on WhatsApp i should do in this situation to be abre to acceso my authenticator app its also strange because this Phone Washington supposedly registered with that authenticator account , and when i open the app it looks like im logged in, but it doesnt send me any code ,then it asiste me to sign in using my authenticator app, but im already in the app , so What should i do ?

Use an alternative verification method

On the sign-in page for your Pemex work account, look for:

“I can’t use my Authenticator app” or “Sign in another way”.

Options like SMS, email, or backup codes.

If you have a backup method configured, use that to log in.

Recover your Authenticator app

If you changed phones or reinstalled the app, the MFA tokens might not have migrated. In that case:

Go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/ on a browser.

Sign in using a recovery method (SMS/email).
