I attempted an identity validation for my organization a couple weeks ago and assumed the documents that i provided were more than sufficient, but.. that was not the case. I attempted remedy 3 times and am now locked out from new attempts. I am confident that i have the proper documents now but I can't even get passed the ID check stage anymore. I have another Q open but have not heard back for a few days.
My organization more than meets all of the criteria for this, it was just incorrect docs submitted and would like another shot at it.
