Factory reset my phone and now having trouble with authentication app

Hello, I recently had to factory reset my phone (I found out my ex had illegally downloaded spyware/stalkerware on to my phone) and obtain a new phone number. My problem is that after I logged back in to my Microsoft account and downloaded the authenticator app I tried using the restore from back up however none of my other accounts are showing. I had all my accounts listed. Please help me in gaining access back...
