Microsoft authenticator not showing my backed up accounts, how do i recover them

i have reset my mobile device in which i have setup my authenticator, now i have locked out with all my accounts because when i logged in to my authenticator in my mobile device its not showing any accounts in it i also tried "Begin recovery" option in the app but still not showing any accounts what so ever there were so many accounts in it like rockstar games ,epic games , my facebook and so on but they all gone now now i am stucked with my rockstar account the team said contact micosoft.
