My accounts are saying they are children's accounts despite being not being so.

I have an account that belongs to me, a 15 years old, yet still requests to send a consent email to a parent or guardian's email. The thing is, is that both my parents accounts have suffered a similar fate as in when they try to give me consent to log in, it says that their account cannot give consent. Furthermore, I should not even be required to as for consent due to me not being a part of a family plan.
