Caught in loop where I swapped phones and Microsoft Authenticator now won't work because I'm locked out of my Online MS account.

Caught in loop where I swapped phones and Microsoft Authenticator now won't work because I'm locked out of my Online MS account which is waiting for a code from the Microsoft Authenticator. I'm the only admin on the account.
