hi all

i have been trying to reach someone in Microsoft for the last few months and with 5 agents agreeing to email me after the chat, NONE has. I even spoke to some guy in India who has also not taken any action from our call discussion. all these have been a complete waste of my time and trust in Microsoft.

At this rate of disappointment and all these agents ghosting on me, i am soon going to have to boycott Microsoft.

Please get someone from management level to reach me directly. I am not going to waste any more time chatting with all these agents based in some foreign land who are absolutely rude and inefficient.

I am writing to say that several Microsoft agents (especially those are based in India) seem to give customers the runaround and even make fun of them. This is unbelievable and UNACCEPTABLE.

    Hello Cheryl,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience I truly understand how frustrating and exhausting it must be to repeatedly seek help and receive no follow-up or resolution. It’s disappointing to hear that multiple agents have failed to honor their commitment to follow up and that your time and trust have been disregarded. No customer should feel ignored or disrespected especially when seeking support from a company they’ve invested in.

The reason this may have happened could be due to miscommunication or limitations in the support structure especially when dealing with outsourced teams. However your concern is valid and deserves proper attention to help move this forward I recommend escalating your issue directly through Microsoft’s Partner Center escalation process. This platform allows you to raise commercial or technical concerns and ensures that your case is reviewed by the appropriate team. If you are not a partner you can still file a formal complaint via the Services Hub where you can describe your experience in detail and request a follow-up from Microsoft’s support management.

To better assist you may I ask if you have any active support case numbers or if you’ve already submitted a complaint through the Services Hub? This will help ensure your concern is routed correctly and receives the attention it deserves.

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

I understand your frustration with the lack of communication and support from Microsoft agents. To escalate your issue effectively, you may want to consider the following steps:

    1. Escalate Customer Service Problems: If you're unable to resolve your issue through the usual channels, you can escalate it to Microsoft. You can do this by contacting them through the appropriate support options available for partners or customers.
    2. Provide Detailed Feedback: When you do manage to reach out, ensure that you provide a detailed description of your issue, including any previous interactions with agents. This can help in resolving your concern more efficiently.
    3. Contact Services Hub: If you have access to the Services Hub, you can submit a help request through there as well. This platform allows you to describe your issue in detail and track your request.
    4. Consider Reporting: If you feel that your experience has been particularly poor, you might consider reporting your experience through the feedback channels provided by Microsoft.

These steps may help you get in touch with someone who can address your concerns more effectively.
