How to switch back on the authentication app

I need help, my microsoft authenticator app says that my institutional account has another way to sing in in other app. I truly don't know witch ones and now I'm stuck without one time passwords that should be provided by the authenticator app and can't access because I need the codes that I can't receive because it's like it's disabled on the microsoft authenticator app. There is something I can do so that my account generate again the one time passwords?
