My Account Has Been Hacked With 2 Factor Authentication On

Recently, i had received emails on my recovery email saying that my passkey was deleted, removed from my family group and then an identity verification app was added on the account.
When trying to login in to review recent activity, my password had been changed and when trying to in with my authenticator app, the code does not work and comes up with the error that there is a temporary problem with the service. Then when trying to get a code to my recovery email, that email was changed to a domain ending with, @caelune.icu.

I am unable to login on my Mac, however i am still logged in on the outlook app on my phone and the profile picture had been changed.

I've filled out the recovery form multiple times and because I had 2 factor authentication, they ignore these requests.

I desperately need this account recovered
