How do I Transfer Microsoft Authenticator to a New Device?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with Microsoft authenticator installed and several sign-ins.
I transferred everything to my new iPhone 15 Pro, however, none of the accounts transferred. Both phones are IOS 26.0.1.
Since I already enrolled the iPhone 13, the QR codes are no longer available to re-load the items.
How do I transfer the items to the new phone?
FYI: I already looked this up in multiple threads, and none of the instructions match anything in my phone or app. I need currently applicable instructions.
