How do I get back into my Authenticator App after getting a new phone

My phone got stolen so I had to buy another phone yesterday. I am unable to log in to my authenticator app because it is requiring me to log into my account (which is already linked to an authenticator) and is asking me for a code. I obviously cannot get in because i cant get a code (they go to my authenticator app only). What do I do about this?
