How do I get my Sways back- they disappeared (I didn't delete them)!!!!!

My sways have disappeared (I didn't delete them)! Can anyone please tell me how to get them back or at least partially? These are for work, and are very important to my bosses!

I cant find any of my sways which were hours and hours of work. It's as if my entire profile was wiped clean. It doesn't recognize either my phone or my gmail.

When prompted to sign in, did you use the account that originally created the Sways, or an account that has permission to access them?

Here's how you can access your private messages:

Go to a question you asked that has a private message.

Open private messages modal – by clicking link in blue banner or private messages button.

Private messages modal opens

Enter reply into rich-text editor.

Click "Send" button

Sign in with the same account you used to create the Sways.
Check My Sways and Deleted to see if your content is there.

Make sure you’re signed in with the correct account.

If you previously shared the Sways, look through your email or Teams messages for shared links, opening a shared link may allow you to duplicate the Sway.
