Drowned error code fix

Hey, so for minecraft bedrock edition, after the update for Minecraft Bedrock edition 1.21.120, me and my friend keep getting an error code drowned saying we can't log in due to some issue. I've tried almost everything to fix it. Could you give me some solutions? thanks!

Whilst this worked for me in allowing me to sign in, I couldn't access Servers or Realms

Thanks ,turning WiFi off and selecting sign on worked for me. The latest update was weird. Minecraft launch disappeared and was replaced by Minecraft for windows. Had to launch the game from parental account and then switch back to my child's profile and launch the game.

Gary your a champ turn off wifi and log in worked for me ... thanks man this was on a brand new pc I gave my daughter for her birthday yesterday... ran power shell reconfigure everything even reinstalled windows on a 8 hour old machine and flipping off wifi to get in fixed it oh during all this I could still access the account on the old pc

Niece and Nephew were having the same issue.

We were able to resolve it by making sure the Microsoft account Security portion allowed a Password sign-on. This password was not the same as the MS Live/365 password, it didn't have one setup. Only had Email code and Passkey options at first.
Once we added the Password sign-on option, it allowed the account to sign in and work.

If you try to log in with off wifi, it will work.

I faced the same problem. The cause was a furniture add-on from the Marketplace. In my case, it was "Blocks Updated." However, I had previously installed other furniture add-ons, all of which caused problems.

The solution was a bit more complicated. Here's what happened:

I had to download a backup on the Realm. This wasn't possible because one of the add-ons was no longer compatible. The Realm kept returning "unknown errors" to the download.

Therefore, I had to deactivate all add-ons at once (and that was the only thing that worked). I then went back to the main menu and waited a minute.

Finally, I was able to download a backup under "Manage Realm." After reactivating all add-ons except the furniture add-on, our child (with a child account) was able to join the Realm again without any problems from their Android tablet.

I had to deactivate all add-ons EXCEPT the furniture add-on.

Conclusion: Add-ons are nice and great, but avoid those that promise additional furniture. They often don't work or only work inadequately.
