Cannot upload documents to verify identity in trusted signing account

I'm unable to complete the identity verification process. I received a prompt stating that "extra documentation is required," but there is no visible option or button to upload the requested documents. The UI doesn't provide any way for me to submit the additional documentation needed to verify my identity.
Could you please advise on how to upload these documents or resolve this issue?
