Hi Support Team,
Good Morning
Now we have facing issue related Microsoft Authenticator. Actually some of our Application (OpenText) used authenticator for login. After several Users update to the latest version, the OpenText Logo changes to Twitter Logo. This issue only impacted to Android Microsoft Authenticator, and some devices using Authenticator version 6.2510.7126.
You can refer to this capture:
Can you help us to troubleshoot this issue? this is bug from Microsoft Authenticator application or we must tunning some of configuration on our environment?

2025-12-12T17:11:42.87+00:00 I have the same issue. All names which include an ‘x’ are shown with the Twitter / X logo in the Authenticator app. No recent app update available in the Play Store. I am using version 6.2511.7533. Clearing the cache did not help. Neither did setting up the accounts again.
