Contact birthday date showing one day behind between Outlook app and outlook.com

I have updated each of my contacts on my Outlook 365 desktop version to include birthday's. It is appearing in my contacts>details section as the correct date. When the contact information is synced with the Outlook.com web version, the birthday's are set one day behind. For example, if the date in Outlook app is 30/05/2025, in outlook.com it appears as 29/05/2025. I have tried deleting all my contacts and importing the contacts from a .csv file again. same thing continues to happen. I have checked all the time zone's and all are set to Australia, Melbourne/Sydney. This is affecting the calendar app on my Android phone as all my birthday notifications are a day early.
