I cannot sign in in my Authenticator app

I am having trouble signing in in my Authenticator app. When i write in my account and password it requires that i confirm the signing in in my authenticator app, which is litterally the app i'm trying to sign in. To be able to confirm the sign in, i need to have acces to the app in which i'm trying to sign in.
It does not make any sense. I therefore cannot use my school e-classrom!
I need immediate help please!
