Account with Authenticator Backup does not exist anymore

I switched iPhones and on my old phone cloud backup was activated. On the new phone, I even get suggested to load the backup from the old one, but I am supposed to log in to my account. The account related to the backup does not exist anymore and I see no option to change it. What am I supposed to do now?
I have about 10 codes on this account and to get all of them renewed would take months.
