My Microsoft account was hacked, and I want to contact an agent to recover or delete it. Where can I go to contact someone?

My computer was hacked this morning at 10:30am, My computer's voice activated came on and said i was hacked , dont turn your computer off then JB 51 called ticket number MSCoo247101. said the computer was hacked and showed me the file on the computer, USbank called and said that there was a withdrawal out of mine account and the hacker was with a child pron.

so i went to my bank on his instruction and withdrew 3800.00 dollars out of my account, only after loading 8 macy's and 8 Sephora gift cards and gave him the numbers.

Based on what you described, this sounds like a tech support scam and gift card scam rather than a normal Microsoft account recovery issue.

Microsoft, your bank, or law enforcement would never instruct you to withdraw money, purchase gift cards, and provide the card numbers to resolve a security problem.

If you have already provided the gift card numbers, contact Macy's, Sephora, and your bank immediately and report the fraud.

Check your Installed Apps and uninstall anything that was recently installed on the PC that you don't recognize.
