I'm unable to get code on Microsoft authenticator to access my account

My old phone is not working. In my new mobile, I'm unable to get code through Microsoft authenticator app so I'm unable to access my account. When I try to login in my account, it always ask to enter code which display in authenticator app but there is no code shows in my new mobile authenticator app.
