I have new phone and Authenticator app unable to link with my Facebook account

I've contacted Windows support and he's able to isolate the issue that my Gmail account linked to Authenticator, the server of Authenticator still detecting on my old device, it would not work in my new device. I did not turn on the auto cloud back up in Authenticator in old device and no longer access the old phone.

Please let my new phone to link my Gmail account properly and remove the old device from Authenticator server
