New Phone Doesn't Have Authenticator Access

I still have all the passwords and login, and through my GoDaddy account, I can change the passwords and forward mail as an admin, but since I got a new phone, it is asking for authenticator, but to get the app to generate codes, I also have to log in to the app itself, which is also asking for authenticator. I am in a perpetual security loop.
