Microsoft Authenticator For Work Account - No Cell Phone

Dear Microsoft team,

This is the computer at work place, no cell phone & I need to access my account to change the password from time to time. Normally, when I access to the account with the password, it will send the text or verification code to the computer as it connects to the company phone line. But now there is a message shows that we have to use Microsoft Authenticator and there is only 1 time left that we can access.

Please advise how we can setup the Microsoft Authenticator without Cell phone, the workplace do not provide cell phone to employee. And how we can access to our account to change the password from time to time!!!
