i cant change Device setup region how i can change it?

Does this mean that I have to erase whatever is in my computer and reinstall everything afresh, in order to change the device setup region?
The 'Device Setup Region' is a one-time setting that is set during the initial out-of-box experience when you install/activate Windows, that setting cannot be changed and should not interfere with Windows or any language/region settings you set after installing Windows. is that setting causing problems in your Windows installation?

I did mine by accident for the US and have everything else Canadian and it's wanting me to do American addresses for adding my debit card to try and get game pass so it's effecting me for sure

Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
Under the "Country or region" setting, click the dropdown menu and select your new country or region.
Reboot.
If it's during 1st set up, then reset the device to re-trigger setup. This will allow you to go through the OOBE again and choose the correct region.
