Issue in Add Account in Microsoft Authenticator

I am facing this issue while trying to add any new Microsoft account in Authenticator, there are many existing accounts that's working fine but not able to add new one.

Still

1. If use any other Authenticator app and process accordingly then working fine for same Microsoft account.
2. Able to add any other account in same Microsoft Authenticator.

Help me to solve this.
