I upgraded my Iphone, longer able to access my work account. Autnenicator App code request is in endless loop

I recently upgraded my Iphone and now my work account and email is disabled. Each time i try to login I am asked to provide a code from the Authenticator App but when i open the app and select the account is asks for the same code. It is an endless loop. I am the administrator so at a loss?

Note my personal account works fine thru Authenticator. My business account is on Authenicator but greyed out. any help would be appreciated.
