I'm not sure if you can still activate Windows 7, but you can try.

You can do this by clicking the Start button on the taskbar, and then right-clicking Computer, selecting Properties, and then "Activate Windows now".

If you are connected to the internet, Windows will automatically prompt you and say "Activate Windows online now". Enter your product key and then push Next and follow the steps on-screen.

If you don't have internet or you'd like to activate by phone, at the same "Activate Windows now" menu, instead of continuing with the online method, push "Show me other ways to activate" and then enter your product key and push next. Select "Use an automated phone system" and then follow the instructions on-screen to select the nearest activation phone number near you, and call that number and follow the directions it tells you.
