I have a problem on Security Sign in with PIN.

I have a problem on Security Sign in with PIN for my laptop. I forgot and tried several times, until other relevant security were shut down too including face recognition and fingerprint. Luckily that I still remember another password so that I could access my laptop.

I have managed to reset my Pin (very difficult) until succeeded. However, after I restarted my laptop and put up the new PIN, this window pop up (as per attached file) and I still could not use the new PIN.

I need the solution please.
