How do I get Microsoft to send me my MFA verification code on WhatsApp since it is registered using that number but I can no longer access callas and texts from it?

I need my verification code sent to me via WhatsApp because that is the closest I can get to my old number. I have no access to the old number I used to set up/back-up my MFA
