My Authenticator codes have disappeared. How do I recover the authenticator codes on my current phone?

I installed Microsoft authenticator on my phone about a month ago. When I tried to log in an account, I was asked to authenticate the process. All of my codes are missing. I've tried to recover them but an unable to. How do I recover the codes OR how do I get a QR code that will work on my current Microsoft 365 account?
