I lost my phone and cannot access Authenticator

I lost my phone and I had Aunthenticator app on it with multiple Microsoft Accounts. I could log in to 2 of them, but not to the other 2 that are institutional accounts. When I try to sign in, it asks me to introduce the Authenticator code sent to my previous phone. I have tried everything... please help
