hello, my hotmail acc ount <Mod remove PII> @hotmail.com has been blocked, i have not been able to access it for 12 months. this has personal informtion alog with gift vouchers and my resume and police checks along with my rsa. i have provided evedence that its my acc how ever my mobile number has changed so i can not send security code to it. if my actual drivers licence and birth certificate has been checked you will see that this is me.
