I've lost my phone that had an authenticator app, I can't login to my accounts due to the fact that, they need the 6 digit code from the authenticator. How do I go about this?

Hi Babalwa!
If you had not backed up Authenticator on your old phone and you have installed Authenticator App in a new phone, there will be no way to recover the old accounts. If you had backed up, there is an option to restore the back-up.
