Authenticator app data disappeared

I don’t know what tag or child tag or child item tag to select in the list above .. what on earth is it on about? Please use more user friendly language
My problem is that overnight ( maybe July 2025?) the authenticator app lost all the stored data.. so now I am unable to access on line accounts that depended on a code being generated by the authenticator app. I’m currently locked out of an important account. Please help
