Identity validation request failed. (Canada, Organization)

Hello,

I am attempting to submit a new organization validation request for our Canadian organization, in business for more than three years. I complete the fields in the form, and upon submission I receive the following error, which is erroneous as I am completing the "New organization validation" form.

I have assigned the relevant permissions to my user in IAM for the Trusted Signing Account. New identity is not greyed out and Organization is selected.

Identity validation request failed.

An error occured while submitted request.: First name, Last name is required in valid format. CorrelationId: bc344a3d-8e32-589a-7319-421ff085af8c

Edit: I am attempting a Public identity type.

How can we proceed beyond what appears to be a validation error on the form itself?
